These terms apply when you use davidcookscode.com. The site currently provides information about DCC and a way to start an email enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a client relationship, service commitment or employment offer.

The apex site is under construction. Its content is general information, may be corrected or changed, and is not legal, employment, tax or other professional advice. Confirm any service scope, price, delivery date or commitment in a written agreement with DCC.

A Deck workspace is provided for the client business named on that workspace. Only use a workspace and its records with that business's authorisation. The client's agreement with DCC governs the service supplied to the client; the client remains responsible for its instructions, user access, records and workplace policies.

Do not attempt to access another tenant, another person's account or data you are not authorised to use. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, scrape personal data, or use the site or a workspace unlawfully.

DCC owns the Deck platform, the DCC brand and DCC-created site materials. Client businesses and their users retain responsibility for information and materials they enter into their workspace. You may not copy, modify or redistribute DCC software or branded materials unless DCC has agreed in writing or the law permits it.

DCC may maintain, change or withdraw apex-site content. Email links and any third-party service reached from the site operate under that provider's own terms and availability. Report a security or access problem to DCC support instead of trying to exploit it.

DCC may update these terms as the apex site and services change. The date at the top identifies the published version. Material client-service changes belong in the applicable client agreement, not merely on this page.
